Jennifer A. Paul is a St. Cloud resident, business owner, and community champion who stops at nothing to ensure the needs of all people are met. As a lifelong citizen of Osceola County and mother of two teenage daughters, her roots run deep within the St. Cloud community. With her 16+ years of dedicated service working in the U.S. Department of Defense industry, Paul understands the significance of how decisions made today impact future generations. FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

I was inspired to run for St. Cloud City Council when I was personally impacted by developers trying to uproot the citizens of my neighborhood; thus, moving me to swift action to save our historic community.

My contributions to making St. Cloud a better place to live will vary from social to developmental initiatives. I plan to focus primarily on job creation and instituting a livable wage for the citizens of St. Cloud. I also look forward to continuing protecting older and disenfranchised communities from unregulated development and providing solutions to our affordable housing challenges.

We have to be intentional about the strategic planning of infrastructure and growth in our communities. Quality businesses and restaurants create jobs that can lead to promoting living wages for residents and ultimately continuing to improve economic development in the city.

St. Cloud has improved its environmental awareness quite a bit, and our recycling programs are excellent! Toho Water Authority has taken over and they’ve made great strides in improving the water supply for the city. There is still work to be done, but I am pleased with the progress being made and look forward to assisting in any way that I can.

The community development improvements within the downtown district are great and add to the overall community! I look forward to ensuring that access to services offered by the city is geared towards helping all, not just some.
